Established in 1992, GLOBE Victoria provides LGBTIQA+ communities, small businesses and professionals who want to be seen, connected and nurtured opportunities to network and grow in a professional, safe and inclusive environment.
Our events aim to empower, support and enable our communities to achieve their full potential.
OUR VISION
We are for LGBTIQA+ communities, small businesses and professionals who want to be seen, connected and nurtured.
We work towards uniting Victorian and Australian LGBTIQA+ groups and their supporters through social, professional and community events and to create opportunities for participants to build professional, inclusive and supportive environments that encourage and advocate growth.

To raise the profile of our organisation so that we cater for the needs of our members within wider business communities.
To provide a business, professional and social environment for our members so they realise the full potential of business, professional and community communication.
We achieve our mission by:
- Organising quality events that facilitate networking opportunities for our members;
- Promoting business networking through our publications and at our events;
- Establishing and maintaining a significant presence and involvement within the wider LGBTIQA+ community.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
GLOBE Victoria is responsible for delivering the Victorian Pride Awards and GLOBE Victoria Community Grants, in addition to being involved in events such as Midsumma. GLOBE Victoria works to give a public profile to LGBTIQA+ professionals by having an active presence at LGBTIQA+ events within our community.
GLOBE Victoria also supports changes, which have a positive impact upon our community within the workplace.
