I had a near-death experience that completely changed my perspective on life. It woke me up to the truth that healing is a lifelong journey, not a destination. None of us are ever 100% healed, and that’s okay. But that experience inspired me to dive deep into my own healing, studying everything I could, and living in five countries before settling in Australia. This journey taught me that true healing is about growth, understanding, and connection, not perfection.

I know the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, because I am part of it, —whether it’s feeling stuck, longing for deeper connections, or holding back because of fear or past wounds. But I also know this: with the right tools, healing, and support, we CAN release what’s holding us back and step into a life filled with clarity, confidence, and freedom.
