11th Victorian Pride Awards Inclusion and Accessibility Information
The following information is being provided to support inclusion in the 11th Victorian Pride Awards and to support our broader community and attendees on the night.
The Humanitix booking system allows you to book and manage tickets, including nominating dietary and accessibility needs for each guest and is the key way to communicate any needs prior to the event.
If you have already purchased tickets these details can be updated using the Manage Booking function within the Humanitix Confirmation.
Also please check your email inbox and spam folders for emails from Humanitix or tickets@victorianprideawards.com.au who may reach out with reminders and queries to better understand your needs.
Accessible Ticketing
Community Volunteers
GLOBE Victoria offers subsidised tickets for LGBTIQ+ people who volunteer for any of the wonderful not-for-profit community organisations that work for the benefit of our Victorian LGBTIQ+ communities. These subsidised tickets can be purchased for $99 per person and are made available for our community members with limited resources, especially those with a connection to any of our Awards Finalists this year. If this might be you, or if you would like more information about community volunteer tickets, please email us at tickets@victorianprideawards.com.au.
Pay-It-Forward free tickets
GLOBE Victoria and community partners provide a number of fully subsidised tickets for members of our community who might be experiencing any barriers to being able to attend the event, such as financial hardship or those requiring a carer or support person to also attend. These tickets are provided free to eligible community members who would otherwise be unable to attend the Awards celebration. To access these tickets or to enquire about eligibility, please contact our friendly ticketing team via email at tickets@victorianprideawards.com.au.
Dietary Needs
Allergies and inclusive options are provided and selectable in the Humanitix ticket management system. It is the responsibility of the person ordering tickets to update the dietary requirements of each ticket holder.
Important: Dietary details must be updated prior to 11:59pm on Saturday 10th May by using the Manage Booking button in your Humanitix Order confirmation. Any late ticket sales must have dietary information provided at time of purchase.
While we aim to meet as many dietary needs as possible it is expected that not all can be met by the venue catering team.
